Mahuya started learning music from her child hood with her mother. Mother Srimati Tapati Banerjee who once used to sing in Calcutta Coyar injected sound of music when little Mahuya’s speaking power had just been stabilized. She was her first Guru & biggest support as well as critic till date. as well as Father Sri Gobindalal Banerjee, a die-hard enthusiast & energetic about her daughter’s musical carrier still now.
